New Year, New Feature: Spend ReportFocusOne Solutions
FocusOne Solutions is pleased to announce our latest enhancement to our software, FocusOne Connect! Have a request from executive leadership? Running to a meeting? Need data right away? Users now have the ability to run spend reports with the click of a mouse. The software offers two options when running spend:
  • General Spend
  • Supplemental Employee
General Spend provides system wide data broken out by client, entity, location, department, hours, and total billed. This option pulls facility/healthcare system data for a selected date range. General Spend is straight and to the point and is a great option whether you have one location or ten.

Supplemental Employee is divided into six sections; client, entity, location, department, cost center, and position. This option allows you to pull data exactly as you would like it. Need data for one location or by cost center? You have the ability to select the specifics you need before running the report. The Supplemental Employee option provides a detailed breakdown with information such as candidate name, invoice number, start & end date, cost center, department, regular hours, overtime hours, and more. This option also allows the user to pull data for a selected date range.

For your convenience, both the General Spend Report and the Supplemental Employee Report can be exported in multiple formats; XML, CSV, PDF, MHTML, Excel, TIFF file and Word.
