You will not need to contact us for orders. The job orders are sent out to all Affiliate Providers at the same time, unless our client has selected a tiering system for specific facilities or units/departments.

If a tiering system is utilized, how can we become one of the top tiers?

The tiering system is determined by the performance of the Affiliate Provider and their supplemental employees placed on assignment. Simply provide the best service and people, and you are sure to be at the top!

How will I know the level at which my company is performing, in relation to other Affiliate Providers?

FocusOne Solutions will provide you with quarterly Customer Service Appraisals to help you analyze your performance.

Will I still have direct contact with the hospital personnel? Who do I call with questions, concerns, or just daily updates?

All communication will go through representatives of FocusOne Solutions. We can be reached 24/7/365 to answer any questions and handle any situations that may arise, regardless of how challenging they may be.

If we become an Affiliate Provider for one of FocusOne Solutions' clients, do we automatically qualify to help with other clients?

Our agreements with our Affiliate Providers are based on our individual contracts with our client facilities. Therefore, in order to maintain consistency with these contracts, we require signed agreements from our Affiliate Providers for each specific client. We continually strive to build relationships between our Affiliate Providers and our clients that will carry over to other clients, so we do look to our current providers with regards to future agreements.

Does FocusOne Solutions employ any supplemental staff itself?

FocusOne Solutions is strictly a vendor management company. We do not employ or recruit any travel, contract, or per diem staff.
