Does your solution cover both Per Diem and Travel staff?

Per diem, contingent, and direct hire staffing can all be included in a managed services program. We are a full service solutions provider. Our customized solutions are based on the unique needs of each client.

What happens to healthcare professionals who are currently working on assignment at our facility?

Any contingent staff currently working will finish his or her contract. Extensions of contracts after the "go live date" will only be granted to those healthcare professionals who are employees of approved Affiliate Providers.

What happens to our current contracts with staffing firms?

The contracts with current companies remain in effect until the "go live date" of the FocusOne Solutions contract. Any Affiliate Providers that the hospital would like to continue working with will be invited to participate in the managed services program in hopes of maintaining that relationship.

How many Affiliate Providers currently work with FocusOne Solutions?

There are currently 90 Affiliate Providers who work with FocusOne Solutions on either a contract or direct hire basis. We are continually evaluating new companies who meet our client's requirements and consistently provide skilled, highly proficient, and dedicated healthcare professionals.

How are job orders sent to affiliate providers?

Job orders are sent to affiliate providers via email. FocusOne Solutions is committed to vendor neutrality, so this automated system ensures all Affiliate Providers receive job orders at the same time.

How long does it take to get started?

It typically takes 60-90 days to implement a managed services solution. The implementation period primarily depends on the number of healthcare facilities in the system and the scope of the services.
