With a single point of contact – FocusOne –
you’ll work directly with your dedicated Operations Consultant on
each request for direct-hire and contingent staff.
- Staffing requests, whether direct-hire or contingent
staffing, are first distributed by FocusOne to your preferred
provider(s), ensuring your search receives highest priority.
- After a pre-determined period of time, requests will be
forwarded to your pre-authorized list of Affiliate Providers
(staffing agencies).
- Candidate profiles (direct-hire and supplemental staff) are
pre-screened by FocusOne for appropriate licenses, skills, and
experience.
- FocusOne will send you a selection of highly qualified
candidates that best match your requirements.
- Once candidates are selected by you for interview, FocusOne
will coordinate the logistics and complete all required
documentation. You conduct the interviews – you remain
in control. Then, notify FocusOne of your decision.
- FocusOne verifies all credentials and coordinates contingent
staff employee orientation.
- You will receive a single invoice,
customized to your specifications, combining all
supplemental staff usage and direct-hire staffing procurement,
across disciplines. It’s a workforce management solution
