How can signing up with a vendor management program as an Affiliate Provider
help my business?
Becoming an Affiliate Provider gives you more exposure to qualified open
direct-hire and contingent job orders with greater visibility - the ability to
track your candidate through the process.
As an Affiliate Provider, do we have to negotiate bill rates and compete
against other agencies for the lowest rates?
No, the bill rates for supplemental and direct hire staff are set at a
pre-negotiated rate, which creates a level playing field for all Affiliate
Providers.
How will I know when there are new job orders? Do I have to call
periodically and ask?
You will not need to contact us for orders. The job orders are sent out to
all Affiliate Providers at the same time, unless our client has selected a
tiering system for specific units/departments.
If a tiering system is utilized, how can we be in one of the top tiers?
The tiering system is client driven and determined by the performance of the
Affiliate Provider and the quality of their contingent employees placed on
assignment. Simply provide the best service and people, and you are sure to be
at the top!
How will I know the level at which my company is performing, in relation to
other Affiliate Providers?
FocusOne Solutions vendor management software will provide reports comparing
Affiliate Provider activity to the entire group.
Will I still have direct contact with personnel at the client organization?
Who do I call with questions, concerns, or just daily updates?

our vendor management software, provides greater transparency so at any time you
are able to track your candidate through the process. All communication may go
through representatives of FocusOne Solutions, depending on the client’s
request. We can be reached 24/7/365 to answer any questions and handle any
situations that may arise.
If we become an Affiliate Provider for one of FocusOne Solutions' clients,
do we automatically qualify to help with other clients?
Clients determine their Affiliate Providers with each new agreement.
Therefore, in order to maintain consistency with these contracts, we require
signed agreements from our Affiliate Providers for each specific client.
Does FocusOne Solutions employ any supplemental staff itself?
FocusOne Solutions is strictly a vendor management services provider. We do
not employ or recruit any supplemental or per diem staff.
